It’s simple tell people approximately how long the job is going to take and if you have to get an item from another store don’t say it’s going to be here in the next 5 minutes and you sit there for another 35 mins followed by another 5 minute excuses, I will avoid them like a plague or put put your employees on customer service course

Been here twice. Both times the staff is super friendly and helpful. I like that you can make an appointment. And if you don’t want to wait, they provide a shuttle. I will be using them in the future for any car issue.

Super friendly, cost effective and quick

I've taken all my vehicles here to perform service after their free maintenance program ends at the dealership. A Toyota Tundra, Toyota Prius, Toyota Sienna and now our Chevy Traverse. I've done only synthetic oil changes and regular mileage maintenance. I've never had any issues here and they are fast, friendly and they've never tried to sell me anything I don't need or beyond the manufacturer's recommended service intervals. Maybe I've been lucky because they are all Toyotas. Regardless, I've always had great service here and would not hesitate to use them.
