Never have I been witness to a blantant level of disrespect as was my experience this morning. The manager, Santa Claus, would not acknowledge me until I addresses him. The issue was a concern I had about a stripped oil filter cap, and the charge for labor in replacing it. I was fine with paying for the replacement cap. My issue was that that I had brought my car to change the oil here the last three times and that they responsible for overtightening the part. The technician and the front counter staff were respectful and attentive, as was I. I understood her points, but I asked to speak with the corporate office for further conversation. She said she would speak with them and see if there's anything else that could be done. Santa Claus came out and told her that if he doesn't like it, he could do it himself and started to walk away. I told Santa Claus that it was rude not addressing me. He proceeded to tell me to leave. I shared with the employees how sorry I was that they worked with him. If he had this level of disrespect for me, I can't even imagine how he was with them. The reason I call him Santa Clause is because when I asked for his name, he stated it was SANTA CLAUSE.
